To provide the service, customers may submit contact information, a résumé or CV, employment and education history, skills, accomplishments, a target job posting, and other information voluntarily supplied for application preparation.
We use submitted information to process the order, communicate about the order, analyze the target role, prepare purchased application materials, perform quality review, deliver the finished work, address support requests, prevent fraud, and maintain reasonable business records.
Please do not include Social Security numbers, banking credentials, account passwords, medical records, government identification numbers, or other information that is unnecessary for résumé/application preparation.
Information may be processed through service providers needed to operate the service, including payment, email, hosting, document-processing, and technology providers. Payment-card details are processed by the payment provider and are not requested in résumé files.
We retain order information and working materials only as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, support, recordkeeping, dispute prevention, and legal obligations. Customers may request deletion of unnecessary submitted résumé/application materials after fulfillment by emailing millerhoeyventuresllc@gmail.com. Some transaction or business records may need to be retained.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the factual accuracy of information they provide and for reviewing final materials before submitting them to an employer.
