Apply Tonight is a custom-developed application-material preparation service, not an instant-download product. Production begins after payment and receipt of sufficiently complete customer materials. Development and quality review require time.
The customer must provide accurate, lawful information and a usable résumé and target job posting. We do not knowingly fabricate employment, education, credentials, certifications, accomplishments, metrics, or other material facts.
We do not guarantee an interview, ATS score or ranking, employer response, job offer, salary, or employment outcome. Employers and applicant-tracking systems are controlled by third parties.
Any stated turnaround is an estimate beginning after complete materials are received. Missing information, inaccessible links, customer clarification, unusual complexity, order volume, or events outside our reasonable control can extend completion time.
The customer must review all finished materials for accuracy before using or submitting them. Final decisions about applications, statements, salary requests, and employer communications remain the customer's responsibility.
If a customer requests cancellation before substantive custom work begins, we will review the request for a refund. Once substantive custom analysis, writing, tailoring, or document preparation has begun, payments are generally non-refundable because customized work has been performed. If we cannot provide the purchased service, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include correction, replacement, or refund. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Reasonable corrections of our errors should be requested promptly after delivery. A request that materially changes the target job, adds new experience, or changes the scope may require a new order or additional service.
The service may not be used to create fraudulent qualifications, impersonate another person, or misrepresent credentials.
